General Questions

  • Is this an insurance plan?

    No, this is not an insurance plan. Our savings plans provide you with discounted prices on a wide range of dental services and products; you will pay for services at the discounted price at the time services are received.

  • First, you can find participating providers by using the "FIND A Provider" page on this website or by calling (855) 567-6453 or (855) 56-SMILE. After confirming the provider's continued participation when making an appointment, members just show their membership card at the time of service. Members are responsible for paying all fees directly to the provider.

  • After you have successfully become a member (either by joining on the website or calling (855) 567-6453 or (855) 56-SMILE), you will receive your membership materials and membership cards in 7-10 days.

  • If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (855) 567-6453 or (855) 56-SMILE and press option 1, then press option 1 again. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

  • Verbal cancellations are accepted over the phone. If you cancel within the first 30 days of joining, you'll receive a full refund less any nominal processing fees, no questions asked.


Telemedicine Questions

  • Do I talk to real doctors?

    Yes. Telemedicine members only talk to actual doctors who are U.S. board-certified internists, state-licensed family practitioners and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. and living in the U.S. When you request a consult, you will be connected with a doctor licensed in your state.

  • Common conditions include sinus problems, respiratory infections, allergies, urinary tract infections, cold and flu symptoms and many other non-emergency illnesses.

  • Telemedicine is designed to handle non-emergent medical problems. You should NOT use it if you are experiencing a medical emergency.

  • Yes, you can use telemedicine from anywhere you have a phone.*

    *DialCare Telemedicine is available anywhere in the U.S.

  • If you need additional cards for your household, or have lost your card, please call Member Services at (855) 335-2255. We will be happy to send additional cards to you.

  • Your statement will have a charge from "Careington International" for the purchase amount of your plan.

  • If you would like to file a complaint regarding your plan membership, you must submit your complaint in writing to: Careington International Corporation, P.O. Box 2568, Frisco, TX 75034. You have the right to request an appeal if you are dissatisfied with the complaint resolution. After completing the complaint resolution process, if you remain dissatisfied, you may contact your state insurance department.
